I love this place! And their own, "OG Light" beer (90 cal) is the best beer I've ever tasted. And don't take my word as it's unbelievable, fresh pints of that beer are available early in their business days for only 2. 6-Packs less than 12 bucks. FYI, I dine in and get a 6 pack to go. Their food specials are always good deals, too - lunch or dinner.
Food was good, beers were great! Really enjoyed the peanut butter stout (Peanut Butter Banshee) and IPAs (ReUnion and Jon Bon Chovy). The Dunkel was good too. We had wings tossed in some sort of blueberry bbq sauce. It was delicious. The pasta stole the show though. Our bartender was great; attentive and happy to make recommendations.
All the food was SO GOOD! Both in and outdoor seating available. Neat art work. Server was training but still did a nice job. Bill for 4 beers, mixed drink, 2 appetizers, and 3 entrees was 105. Seemed fair enough!
Decent selection of vegetarian fare, but no explicitly vegan options. Nonetheless, the patio and staff are extremely dog- friendly and the beer and old fashioneds are fantastic. There is a Harvest bowl with fresh ingredients, including beans, rice, squash and more. It was a tad on the salty side, but still an excellent option if trying to be mostly vegan. The Reunion salad w/o the green goddess dressing is also fresh and tasty... and vegan. We also tried the poutine, minus the cheese curds. It was tasty and surprisingly NOT salty! The outside space is comfortable and clean and service is excellent.
ReUnion Brewery has plenty of seating for large groups. Lots of unique food and drink items. Fast and friendly service. There's a great selection of high quality colorful branded merchandise.
Food was very high quality, especially for a brewery. Service was excellent and the paintings on the wall are amazing, done by a local artist. Great stop on the way back to KC. We’ll be back!
Our party of 5 came in to try the Sunday buffet and we were not disappointed. It was a very nice selection of food with an emphasis on Mexican cuisine. There was a generous assortment of breakfast and regular dishes that were very tasty. The drinks were good, as well. We really appreciated the staff’s very diligent and kind consideration for food allergies that we had to contend with. They went above and beyond in making sure they gave us a good meal while being very careful with ingredients. Great food, wonderful service, an excellent place for a lovely Sunday brunch buffet.
I love the ReUnion in Coralville and was a little worried about trying this location after seeing some negative reviews closer to their opening, but was pleasantly surprised by our visit this evening. Our waitress was super nice and gave us a great rundown on specials and everything we ordered was delicious. Probably my favorite thing we ordered was the mushroom flatbread and the chicken lettuce wraps. My partner got the burger and fries and said it was super good and the salmon was also really delicious and presented beautifully. Even better is we came during happy hour so our drinks were cheaper. Even with a limited menu, the food options are great and prepared very well. For the price, I was surprised by the quality. Definitely excited to come back and hopefully have a similar experience and try other menu items.
